I just got a new Yashica, it was a bargain and I love it! Digital definitely can’t beat the surprise of getting a roll of film developed. The images have a great dreamy quality to them. Keep posted for the results!

I like road trips and I like taking photos out of car windows, I like the movement in the shots and the abstract nature of some of the images.




I’ve always been a big fan of owls, my sister and I inherited this obsession from our Grandma. Our collection has got pretty big! Here’s a small selection of the culprits..









The monthly Art and Craft Fair at Lark Lane will be held this Saturday in the Old Police Station, 11am to 4pm. I’ll be there exhibiting and selling my work. Please come along to see a great variety of work by local artists and makers.

We went to Birmingham this weekend just for a change of scenery. Ikon Gallery had a great exhibition running and the flea market at the Custard Factory was fun for a wander.





I’ve just added this months new postcard set to my shop . This month’s theme is ’signs of spring.’ I’ve found myself photographing a lot of the first glimpses of spring flowers. CLICK HERE to take a look!

Its tradition in our family to roll and ‘jarp’ decorated eggs on Easter Monday. My Mum dyes the eggs with onion skins and flowers.
